Inspired by the flight deck
The Horizon takes its cue from the instrument panel. The sub-dials are laid out with the same balance as a well-designed cockpit, and the tachymeter bezel frames the lot. The sunray dial shifts as the light changes, a bit like the sky does at altitude.
It's a 41mm steel case on a solid steel bracelet with sapphire glass, made to be worn every day rather than saved for best. Lume on the hands and indices, a red chronograph seconds hand and a date window complete it.
The movement
Inside is a Miyota (Citizen) OS10 quartz chronograph: accurate, dependable and easy to live with. Use the stopwatch to time a leg, a hold or a boiled egg.
With 100 metres (10 ATM) of water resistance, it handles rain, splashes and recreational activities.
