Warranty Coverage

 

All Flyer Watches come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty is valid for a minimum period of two years from the date of purchase.

 

What Is Covered

 

The warranty covers defects in the watch movement, dial, hands, and any other components that affect the watch's timekeeping functionality. If any of these defects arise during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the watch, at our discretion, free of charge.

 

What Is Not Covered

 

The warranty does not cover the following:

 

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling of the watch.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, changes in colour or material, or damage to straps, bracelets, and crystals.

  • Water damage resulting from improper use or failure to follow the watch's water resistance guidelines.

  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs, alterations, or modifications to the watch.

  • Loss or theft of the watch.

 

Warranty Claim Process

 

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • Provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation.

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing with the watch.

Repair or Replacement

 

If we determine that a manufacturing defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the watch at no additional cost to you. If the exact model is no longer available, we will offer a comparable model of equal value.

 

Shipping and Handling

 

You are responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with sending the watch for warranty evaluation. We recommend using a reliable shipping method and packaging the watch securely to prevent any damage during transit.

 

Exclusions and Limitations
