Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

 

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

 

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.

  • The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The original proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.

 

Please note that personalised or engraved items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Return Process

 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

 

  • Contact our customer support team at info@flyerwatches.com and provide your order details, including the reason for the return.

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation number (RMA).

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

  • Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outer packaging.

  • Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

 

Refund Process

 

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

 

Please note that any shipping charges incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

 

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, including any associated shipping costs.
